Speed

The computer works at a much higher speed and accuracy compared to humans while performing mathematical calculations. Computers can process millions (1,000,000) of commands per second. The time taken by computers for their performance is microseconds and nanoseconds.

Accuracy

Computers do calculations with 100% accuracy. Errors may occur due to data inconsistencies or inaccuracies.

Diligence

A computer can perform millions of tasks or perform calculations with the same precision and accuracy. No fatigue or lack of concentration. Its memory also makes it superior to that of humans.

Storage Capacity:

The computer has a provision to store large volumes of data in the small storage devices, which has the capacity to store huge amounts of data and help the retrieval of data an easy task.

 Versatility

Variety refers to the ability of a computer to perform different types of tasks accurately and efficiently.

Reliability

The computer is reliable as it provides consistent results for the same data set that is, if we provide the same set of input for any number of times, we will get the same result.

Automatic

The computer performs all the tasks automatically i.e. it performs tasks without manual intervention.

 Memory

The computer has a built-in memory called the primary memory where it stores data. Second storage is removable devices such as CDs, drive pens, etc., used for storing data.
